Oasis Health Partners announced its first acquisition of 2026 with the purchase of Premier Health. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Premier Health is a healthcare administrative services organization specializing in revenue cycle management (RCM) and practice operations.
Oasis Health Partners is a value-based healthcare organization focused on building healthier communities by advancing primary care. It is based in Columbia, South Carolina.
This acquisition builds upon Oasis’s continued expansion, including its recent growth into North Carolina through the October 2025 acquisition of PreferCare.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 58th eHealth acquisition of 2026, and the 11th in the RCM specialty. There were 55 RCM deals in 2025, which made up approximately 17% of the 301 eHealth deals announced throughout the year.
