Michigan ENT & Allergy Specialists and Grand Rapids Ear, Nose & Throat have announced a merger. Terms were not disclosed.
Grand Rapids Ear, Nose & Throat is an ear, nose & throat (ENT) practice with one location in Grand Rapids, Michigan. There are six physicians on staff.
Part of Parallel ENT & Allergy (a Trinity Hunt Partners portfolio company), Michigan ENT & Allergy Specialists provides otolaryngology care for all ages across the Grand Rapids, Michigan MSA. As part of complete ENT care, the practice also offers sinus and rhinology care, treatment for balance and dizziness disorders and comprehensive audiology services. The practice has six locations throughout Michigan. According to its website, there are 14 physicians on staff.
The practices will be under the Michigan ENT & Allergy Specialists brand and will be supported by Parallel ENT & Allergy.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 122nd Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2026, and the fifth in the ENT specialty. There were nine ENT transactions reported in 2025.
In January 2026, Parallel ENT & Allergy added four practices (three in Texas and one in Florida) to its umbrella, expanding its presence by five physicians. This is Michigan ENT & Allergy Specialists’ first transaction since it was purchased by Parallel in 2023.
