WELL Health Technologies Corp. announced that its majority-owned subsidiary WELLSTAR Technologies Corp. has completed two strategic medical billing acquisitions: PatientSERV Corporation and Lambert Médico Factures Inc.

These acquisitions significantly expand WELLSTAR’s presence in Canada’s largest provincial markets and extend its billing coverage to six provinces nationwide.

PatientSERV Corporation is a leading uninsured and third‑party medical billing platform based in Ontario, Canada. The company is an Ontario Medical Association partner.

Lambert Médico Factures is a medical billing provider based in Quebec, Canada.

WELLSTAR Technologies Corp. is a Canadian digital health company dedicated to reshaping healthcare through digital enablement. The company develops automated digital billing and practice management, revenue optimization and clinic workflows through AI technology applications. WELLSTAR Technologies serves customers worldwide.

The two medical billing assets, PatientSERV and Lambert, are expected to collectively generate approximately $5 million CAD (approximately $3.6 million USD) in annual revenue, with EBITDA margins approaching 20%.

The total consideration paid for these two transactions is approximately $4.8 million (approximately $3.5 million USD), including the assumption of certain indebtedness and subject to customary holdbacks and working capital adjustments, with up to an additional $6.3 million (approximately $4.6 million USD) of future milestone or performance-based payouts.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 55th eHealth acquisition of 2026, and the 10th in the revenue cycle management (RCM) specialty. There were 55 RCM deals in 2025, which made up approximately 17% of the 301 eHealth deals announced throughout the year.
