Bradford Health Services has entered into an agreement to acquire Parkdale Center, a leading addiction treatment provider in Chesterton, Indiana.
Parkdale Center is widely renowned for its specialized Professionals Program serving healthcare providers, attorneys, executives, aviation professionals, first responders and other licensed professionals seeking confidential treatment and long-term recovery support in a therapeutic and supportive environment.
Bradford Health Services provides early intervention services, crisis response, intensive outpatient care, partial hospitalization and residential care, inpatient detox and transitional living and life skills programming through a coordinated network of 40 facilities throughout the Southeast. Bradford Health Services was acquired by private equity firm Lee Equity Partners from Centre Partners in October 2022.
The acquisition further strengthens Bradford’s commitment to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care while expanding its clinical footprint into the Midwest.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 17th Behavioral Health Care transaction of the year, and the fourth in the substance use disorder treatment specialty. Throughout 2025, there were 18 substance use disorder treatment transactions.
