On February 17, Imagen Dental Partners announced its first acquisition of the year with the purchase of Campbell Dental. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based in Cedar Park, Texas, Campbell Dental offers the full scope of dental care. It is run by Dr. Jarrod Campbell, who is supported by a team of assistants.
Imagen Dental is a dental partnership organization founded in 2020 that joins with dental practices, invests in them and supports their growth. Imagen Dental Partners supports practices in 15 states.
According to data captured in the LevinPro, this marks the 81st Physician Medical Group (PMG) transaction of the year, and the 34th in the dental specialty. The PMG volume of 2026 accounts for more than 24% of the 336 healthcare transactions that have been announced, so far. There were 521 PMG deals reported in 2025, including 251 in the dental market.
Additionally, in 2025, Imagen Dental reported 18 transactions, making it one of the most active investors in the dental industry. Other active buyers include Heartland Dental, SALT Dental Partners, Premier Care Dental Management and U.S. Oral Surgery Management.
