Traumasoft, a portfolio company of Serent Capital, announced that it has acquired Huly.
Huly is an artificial intelligence platform designed to enhance emergency medical services (EMS) agency workflows by automating time-intensive administrative processes. It has a focus on revenue cycle management, quality assurance/quality improvement and workforce operations.
Traumasoft is a leading provider of cloud-based software for private EMS agencies and healthcare organizations. Traumasoft offers a fully cloud-based suite of products to its customers, including dispatching, electronic patient care reporting, billing and scheduling, all delivered in a fully end-to-end single integrated platform.
This marks Traumasoft’s first acquisition since it was purchased by Serent Capital in 2024. Terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 29th eHealth transaction of the year, and the eighth in the medical practice management software (MPMS) specialty. Throughout 2025, there were 52 MPMS transactions.
