World of Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is a children and adolescent’s dental practice with one location in Portland, Oregon. According to its website, there are four dentists on staff.
Suffolk Pediatric Dentistry is a children’s dental practice with five locations in New York: Port Jefferson Station, Wading River, Sayville, Hauppauge and Patchogue. According to its website, there are 10 physicians on staff.
SALT Dental Partners is a dental partnership organization specializing in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, with more than 90 locations across 13 states. SALT is a portfolio company of Latticework Capital Partners, a Dallas, Texas-based private equity firm.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, there have been 54 Physician Medical Group (PMG) transactions reported since the start of the year, with 20 deals in the dental specialty. There were 521 PMG deals reported in 2025, including 251 in the dental market.
Throughout 2025, SALT announced 12 transactions, adding 13 practices and 34 physicians to its network. Other active buyers in the dental market in 2025 include Premier Care Dental Management, Phase 1 Equity, Park Dental Partners and MAX Surgical Specialty Management.
