AllOne Health announced the purchase of three employee assistance programs (EAP): Carebridge EAP, Comp EAP and ERC EAP.
Headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, Carebridge EAP has been a provider of employee assistance and work-life services for more than 30 years, serving organizations nationwide.
Based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, Comp EAP specializes in integrated employee assistance and organizational support programs, serving clients across New England and beyond.
Located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, ERC EAP has been supporting employers and employees across the Midwest for more than 40 years. The company is known for its commitment to personalized care, organizational consulting and leadership development.
AllOne Health is a leading provider of whole health solutions that brings better mental health and EAP benefits to organizations worldwide. The company has more than 10,000 clients and covers more than 12 million lives.
With these additions, AllOne Health has now completed 20 acquisitions since 2016, according to the original deal press release. The deal strengthens AllOne Health’s national presence and its ability to serve diverse organizations with personalized, outcome-driven support. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 90th Behavioral Health Care transaction to be announced since the start of 2025, and the 15th in the substance use disorder treatment specialty. There were 19 substance use disorder treatment acquisitions announced in 2024.
