Point Quest Group announced on November 18 the purchase of LinkUp Teletherapy, a virtual speech therapy provider serving Missouri, California and other key states.

LinkUp Teletherapy is built specifically for school-based speech therapy and evaluation service delivery. It offers seamless scheduling, progress monitoring and interactive therapy tools that help clinicians engage students effectively in a virtual environment.

Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of specialized educational, behavioral and therapeutic services for students ages 3 to 22. The company partners with more than 360 school districts and charter schools nationwide, and operate non-public Point Quest Schools, supporting students with unique needs including developmental delays and autism. Its comprehensive services include behavioral interventions, mental health support, educational programming, occupational therapy and speech and language services.

The LinkUp platform will become Point Quest Group’s proprietary, HIPAA-compliant speech therapy tool, strengthening the organization’s ability to deliver specialized support to schools nationwide. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 273rd eHealth acquisition of 2025, and the 45th in the telehealth specialty. Telehealth is the second most active eHealth specialty of the year, tied with medical practice management software, following only revenue cycle management with 50 deals. The telehealth specialty makes up approximately 16.4% of all eHealth deals announced since January. There were 43 telehealth transactions reported in 2024.
