On November 12, Zarminali Pediatrics announced that it acquired All Better Pediatrics for an undisclosed price.
All Better Pediatrics is a general pediatric practice with one location in Memphis, Tennessee. According to the press release, there is one physician on staff, Dr. Tamara Folz, who is supported by a team of employees.
Zarminali Pediatrics is a pediatric multispecialty group with more than 10 locations across Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The practice is Zarminali’s first in Tennessee and aims to bring care experiences built on compassion and coordination to families in the Memphis area. This is also Zarminali Pediatrics’ third acquisition of 2025. Previously, the company purchased Sartell Pediatrics, a 16-physician practice in Sartell, Minnesota, as well as Green Tree Pediatrics, a two-physician practice with three locations in Michigan.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 433rd Physician Medical Group (PMG) acquisition of 2025, and the 19th in the pediatrics specialty. There were four pediatric transactions in 2024, and 11 in 2023.
