Imagen Dental Partners, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, announced its 13th acquisition of the year with the purchase of Mountain Park Dentistry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Mountain Park Dentistry is based in Phoenix, Arizona. According to its website, there is one physician on staff, Dr. Randy Mow, who is supported by a team of nine employees.
Imagen Dental Partners is a dental partnership organization founded in 2020 that joins with dental practices, invests in them and supports their growth. Imagen Dental Partners supports practices in California, Arizona, Texas, Minnesota, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Oregon and Wisconsin.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 434th Physician Medical Group (PMG) acquisition of 2025, and the 214th in the dental specialty. There were 264 dental transactions reported in 2024, and 201 in 2023.
Dental continues to dominate the PMG market, representing more than 49% of all PMG transactions of the year. Across all healthcare sectors, dental deals make up almost 12% of the 1,847 transactions reported in 2025.
Since the start of the year, Imagen has purchased practices in California, Kentucky, Washington, Indiana, Texas, Ohio and Wisconsin. With these transactions, it added more than 25 physicians to its network.
