Brown & Nawrocki Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry is based in Ormond Beach, Florida. The practice is run by Dr. Andrew M. Nawrocki and Dr. Kimberly Dennis.
Today’s Dental Network is a dental services organization based in Florida. It has more than 30 practices under its umbrella. This is its first transaction of the year.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 430th Physician Medical Group (PMG) acquisition of 2025, and the 213th in the dental specialty. There were 264 dental transactions reported in 2024, and 201 reported in 2023. Additionally, this marks the 12th transaction that TUSK Practice Sales has advised on in 2025.
