Duly Health and Care announced on October 21 the acquisition of Woodridge Clinic for an undisclosed price.
Woodridge Clinic provides comprehensive healthcare services in Woodridge, Illinois. With a focus on primary care, diabetes management and occupational therapy, the company serves patients throughout Chicago’s western suburbs.
The Duly Health and Care brand consists of some of the largest independent, multi-specialty, physician-directed medical groups in the nation. The company has more than 1,000 primary care and specialty care providers and more than 6,000 team members across more than 150 locations. The Duly Health and Care brand includes three medical groups: DuPage Medical Group Ltd., Quincy Medical Group and The South Bend Clinic LLC. The company was acquired by Surgery Partners, Inc. in November 2024.
Woodridge Clinic will join Duly’s network of 110 locations across the Chicago MSA. Duly plans to recruit additional providers to join Woodridge Clinic to meet the increasing healthcare needs of patients in the surrounding area.
This marks Duly’s second acquisition announcement of 2025. In June, the company acquired Alliance Clinical Associates, a behavioral and mental health practice based in Wheaton, Illinois.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 41st health clinics acquisition of 2025. There were 49 health clinics deals announced in 2024, and 39 announced in 2023.
