beBright, based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, announced the acquisition of Brink & White Pediatric Dental Associates.
Brink & White Pediatric Dental Associates is a pediatrics dental practice with three locations in the Memphis, Tennessee MSA (Bartlett, Lakeland and Munford). According to its website, there are four physicians on staff.
beBright is a doctor-owned and -led pediatric dentistry and orthodontic services organization. The company was created by New York-based private equity firm InTandem Capital Partners in June 2023.
This transaction marks beBright’s second acquisition of 2025. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 316th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025 and the 160th in the dental specialty. There were 242 dental transactions announced in 2024, and 180 in 2023. This is also the fourth dental practice to be acquired in Tennessee since the start of the year.
