Imagen Dental Partners announced that it acquired Toothologie.
Toothologie is a dental practice with one location in Union, Kentucky. There are two physicians on staff: Dr. Jason Ford DMD and Dr. Kyle Reynolds DMD.
Founded in 2020, Imagen Dental Partners is a dental partnership organization that joins with dental practices, invests in them and supports their growth. Imagen Dental Partners supports practices in California, Arizona, Texas, Minnesota, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Oregon and Wisconsin.
This marks Imagen Dental Partners’s 11th acquisition of the year as well as its first acquisition in Kentucky. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 302nd Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025, and the 153rd in the dental specialty. Throughout all of 2024, there were 242 dental transactions reported and 180 in 2023. This also marks the third dental practice based in Kentucky to be purchased in 2025.
