CentralReach, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, announced on August 19 that it acquired two companies; SpectrumAI and AI Measures

SpectrumAI is a predictive analytics and video capture platform for registered behavior technicians. Its main platforms are Twyll, a next-generation electronic health record (EHR) for data collection, and Patterns ABA, a platform that measures network performance analytics, specifically for payors. 

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, AI Measures is a multi-modal assessment tool for care plan analysis. 

CentralReach provides EHR, electronic medical record and practice management solutions that enable ABA clinicians and educators to produce superior outcomes for people with autism.  

The two companies will be integrated into CentralReach’s Care360 electronic medical record platform for applied behavior analysis, multidisciplinary and special education services. Terms of the deals were not disclosed. 

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 200th eHealth transaction of 2025, and the 31st in the analytics specialty. There were 33 patient engagement transactions and 30 analytic transactions reported during FY 2024. 

Other eHealth specialties that have been active in 2025 are revenue cycle management (39 deals), medical practice management software (31 deals) and remote patient monitoring (18 deals).
