Epiphany Dermatology, backed by private equity group Leonard Green & Partners since 2022, announced on June 25 that it acquired Norris Dermatology and Laser Northwest.
Founded in 2002 by Dr. Patricia Norris, Norris Dermatology and Laser Northwest is based out of one location in Portland, Oregon.
Through its partnerships with dermatologists in more than 100 locations across 16 states, Epiphany provides general dermatology, skin cancer care, Mohs surgery, cosmetic services and additional dermatologic services.
This is Epiphany Dermatology’s fifth transaction of 2025, and its first in Oregon for the year. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Previously in 2025, the company completed acquisitions in Colorado, Maryland, Utah and Iowa.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 225th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025, and the 15th in the dermatology specialty. There were 23 dermatology transactions reported in 2024, and 29 were reported in 2023.
