PELTO Health Partners announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists (NOS). The financial terms were not disclosed.
NOS is an orthopedic practice with five locations in the Spokane, Washington MSA. According to its website, the practice has 23 physicians and five locations.
PELTO Health Partners is a network of physician practices. Some of its practices include OrthoIndy, EmergeOrtho and Proliance Surgeons. It has more than 550 physicians under its umbrella that spans seven states. It also operates more than 20 ambulatory surgery centers.
This transaction marks PELTO Health’s second acquisition of the year. In June, the company purchased Boston Orthopaedic and Spine, a 13-physician practice.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 219th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025, and the 14th in the orthopedic specialty. Throughout 2024, 21 orthopaedic transactions were reported.
