Global professional services firm Huron announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Atlanta, Georgia-based Eclipse Insights.
Eclipse Insights is a revenue cycle consulting firm dedicated to helping healthcare organizations maximize revenue and improve cash flow. Eclipse Insights has decades of experience in critical revenue cycle areas such as charge capture, clinical documentation, coding and denials management.
Huron Consulting Group, commonly known as Huron, is a management consulting firm offering services to the healthcare, life sciences, commercial and higher education industries.
Approximately 40 members of the Eclipse Insights team will join Huron. Eclipse Insights will be included in Huron’s Healthcare operating segment. Terms of the acquisition, which is expected to close in June 2025, were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 150th eHealth transaction of 2025, and the 28th in the RCM specialty. There were 246 eHealth and 36 RCM deals announced during 2024.
