On June 16 StrideCare announced that it was partnering with Vascular Surgery Associates (VSA).
VSA provides vascular, endovascular and general surgical care out of nine locations in Virginia. According to its website, there are nine physicians on staff.
StrideCare is a multi-specialty physician group focused on improving patient lives by offering value-based comprehensive lower extremity care. It is based in Dallas, Texas. It has a team of nearly 80 employees including physicians (43 podiatrists), physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
This partnership expands StrideCare’s footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region and strengthens its network of premier vascular specialists across the U.S. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 214th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025, and the fourth in the surgical group specialty. Throughout all of 2024, four surgical group acquisitions were reported.
