Rock Dental Brands, a portfolio company of The Vistria Group, announced the addition of six dental locations spanning Arkansas and Missouri.
Two Westrock Orthodontics locations are in Bentonville and Springdale, Arkansas. The locations are run by Dr. Darren Hallums and Dr. Rodney Lewis.
Leap Kids Dental sold two practice locations; Kansas City and Raymore, Missouri. Both locations are run by Dr. Nona Aryan.
Cabot Children’s Dentistry has one location in Cabot, Missouri. According to its website, there are two dentists on staff. Patrick Fields General Dentistry in Cabot is located in the same building as Cabot Children’s Dentistry. It is run by Dr. Patrick Fields.
Rock Dental Brands is a practice management group started by dentists that provides support to general and dental specialist affiliates. The group now operates more than 110 dental offices in five states.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 212th Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025 and the 107th in the dental specialty. There were 242 dental transactions reported in 2024, and 180 reported in 2023. With these, there have been three dental practices sold in Arkansas and five in Missouri for 2025.
