Net Health announced on June 4 that it entered into an agreement to acquire Washington, D.C.-based Limber Health.
Limber Health partners with physical and occupational therapists to enhance in-clinic care through a digital platform. Its platform integrates home exercise programs, remote therapeutic monitoring, outcomes tracking and data analytics to drive patient engagement and support value-based care.
Net Health, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, Level Equity and Silversmith Capital Partners, is a leading provider of specialized SaaS healthcare technology, empowering providers across the continuum of care, from hospital to home. It provides software and analytics for specialty medical providers across the continuum of care. The company is based in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and was founded in 1993.
As noted in the original press release, the acquisition leverages complementary strengths that support clinicians and patients from “hospital to home,” creating more effective hybrid care models and advancing value-based outcomes. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 137th eHealth transaction of 2025, and the 25th in the patient engagement specialty. Throughout all of 2024, 33 patient engagement transactions were reported.
This also represents Net Health’s second acquisition of 2025. In January, the company purchased Alinea Engage, a patient engagement company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
