Dental365, a portfolio company of private equity firm The Jordan Company, announced that it expanded its presence in Pennsylvania with the acquisition of Rittenhouse Dentists.
Rittenhouse Dentists is a dental practice with three locations in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania MSA. According to its website, there are five physicians on staff.
Dental365 is a full-service family dental practice and support organization with locations throughout New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In July 2021, The Jordan Company acquired Dental365.
The financial terms were not disclosed. This marks Dental365’s third transaction of the year. Previously, it purchased Union Dental Health, a three-physician practice in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and Lawrence Dental Group, based in Kingston, Pennsylvania.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 133rd Physician Medical Group acquisition of 2025 and the 62nd in the dental specialty. Additionally, in 2024, Dental365 purchased 13 dental practices; in 2023, it acquired 10 practices.
