Southern Orthodontic Partners (SOP) announced the addition of Hunter Family Orthodontics and Rinaldi Orthodontics to its portfolio.
Hunter Family Orthodontics has one location in The Woodlands, Texas. According to its website, there is one physician on staff (Dr. Ross Hunter) who is supported by a team of seven, including three dental assistants.
Rinaldi Orthodontics is based in Mason, Ohio. According to its website, the practice is run by two physicians.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, SOP is a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners. SOP works with orthodontic practices to provide expertise in finance, marketing, recruiting, benefits and other practice administration to allow orthodontists to focus on patient care.
The addition of Hunter Family Orthodontics represents SOP’s 19th practice in Texas. The acquisition of Rinaldi Orthodontics expands SOP’s presence in Ohio. The financial terms were not disclosed.
