U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM), a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, announced on March 20 that it secured two new partner practices, including one in Wisconsin, USOSM’s first partner practice in that state. The new partners are Wisconsin Oral Surgery & Dental Implants SC with one location in Wisconsin, and Clemens Oral Surgery with two locations in Oregon. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Wisconsin Oral Surgery & Dental Implants, SC is a premier oral maxillofacial surgery (OMS) practice located in Milwaukee. Led by Anthony L. Ragonese, DDS, a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a Milwaukee native, the practice provides wisdom teeth removal, advanced anesthesia protocols, dental implants and pathology. According to the practice’s website, Dr. Ragonese is the only provider on staff.
Led by Stephen Clemens, DMD, Clemens Oral Surgery is an outpatient-based oral surgery practice with offices in Beaverton and Forest Grove, Oregon. Dr. Clemens has more than 20 years of experience in the OMS specialty and provides a full range of OMS treatment options. According to its website, Dr. Clemens is the only dentist on staff.
USOSM is a management services organization focused on OMS. USOSM provides operational, financial and administrative support services to a network of premier oral and maxillofacial surgeon partners across the United States. The company was formed in 2017 and has partnered with surgeons across 29 states.

This marks USOSM’s third acquisition announcement of 2025. In January, the company announced the purchase of Rollar Oral Surgery in Conway, South Carolina. Then, in February, USOSM announced the acquisition of three dental practices: Beaudry Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery with one location in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, Kern Oral & Facial Surgery & Rejuvenating Beauty with one in Bakersfield, California and Rancho Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with locations in Hemet and Murrieta, California.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, there have been 87 Physician Medical Group transactions reported since the start of 2025, with 38 of them in the dental specialty. There were 242 dental transactions reported in 2024, and 181 reported in 2023.
