Gracepoint Home Care announced on February 24 that it entered into an agreement to acquire all assets of Touching Hearts Senior Care.
Touching Hearts Senior Care is a home health and hospice company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Touching Hearts Senior Care, owned by Gina Germany since 2007, has a reputation for providing comprehensive care services tailored to the needs of seniors.
Gracepoint Home Care is an in-home care agency based out of Mobile, Alabama. It has additional locations in Foley, Alabama and Biloxi, Mississippi. In addition to providing home care for patients, Gracepoint also provides staffing for many of the area’s nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
This acquisition solidifies Gracepoint’s commitment to expanding its services and further enhancing its capacity to provide care to seniors and their families. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 22nd Home Health & Hospice transaction of the year, and the 13th in the home health specialty. There were 39 home health transactions reported in 2024, and 52 reported in 2023.
