Family Resource Home Care announced on February 6 the acquisition of Beneficial In-Home Care, a home-health care service company with locations across Washington. This acquisition strengthens Family Resource Home Care’s footprint in Washington.
Beneficial In-Home Care provides in-home care services to residents of all ages and special needs who require additional help with daily tasks. The company has six locations in Spokane, Colville, Wenatchee, Moses Lake, Pullman and Omak, Washington.
Family Resource Home Care, a portfolio company of Great Point Partners, is the largest independent home care services provider in the Pacific Northwest. The company provides home care services across 35 locations spanning Washington, Idaho and Oregon. It offers nurse delegation, personal care, home health, meal prep and companionship to allow a client to live at home.
Family Resource will integrate operations over the next several months to bring the Beneficial organization fully under the Family Resource umbrella. The Braff Group served as the exclusive financial advisor to Beneficial In-Home Care. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 15th Home Health & Hospice (HH&H) transaction of the year. There were 95 HH&H deals announced during 2024, 100 announced during 2023 and 115 announced during 2022.
