Houston, Texas-based DECISIO Health provides clinical surveillance and remote patient monitoring (RPM) software designed to enhance patient safety and optimize clinical workflows.
Founded in San Antonio, Texas, AirStrip provides mobile and web clinical monitoring and alarm management solutions. AirStrip empowers clinicians to deliver timely, data-driven care by providing actionable insights at the point of care.
The acquisition of DECISIO Health expands AirStrip’s product portfolio and reinforces its commitment to delivering solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical workflows. By integrating DECISIO Health’s technology into AirStrip’s existing platform, healthcare organizations can further enhance their ability to monitor patients, make data-driven decisions and respond proactively to critical clinical scenarios. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to LevinPro HC data, this transaction represents the first eHealth transaction of the year. Throughout all of 2024, there were 242 eHealth acquisitions announced, 10% of which were in the RPM specialty.
