Elevate ENT Partners, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, announced that it acquired Atlantic ENT. The financial terms were not disclosed.
Atlantic ENT is an ear, nose and throat (ENT) practice based out of three locations in Florida: DeLand, Orange City and Lake Mary. According to its website, there are two physicians (Dr. Devang Shah and Dr. Daniel Rothbaum) and two physician assistants on staff.
With more than 80 otolaryngology centers and 130 physicians, Elevate ENT Partners invests in private ENT and allergy practices across the United States and provides scalable infrastructure to help practices reach the next level in terms of financial management, marketing, contracting, human resources and other business disciplines.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, there have been 472 Physician Medical Group acquisitions announced during 2024. This transaction represents the 10th ENT transaction of the year. This transaction also marks Elevate ENT’s first acquisition of 2024. Throughout all of 2023, the company completed six acquisitions.
