Dynamic Infusion announced on December 10 its acquisition of Solution Nursing for an undisclosed price.

CCE Partners, doing business as Solution Nursing, includes operations in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Northern Virginia. Solution is a provider of home infusion nursing services on behalf of specialty pharmacies.

Dynamic Infusion, founded in 2004 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is a full-service, on-demand outsourced provider of vascular access insertion services with a proven clinical model that lowers costs for its customers and leads to better patient outcomes. In early 2021, RiverGlade Capital, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, partnered with Dynamic Infusion to build on its reputation for clinical excellence.

Christina Sabin-Scharff and Charles Sperling, co-owners of Solution, will both continue to work with Dynamic and will be leading operations in the Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Northern Virginia region. The addition of these service areas solidifies Dynamic’s footprint in the Atlantic region, and combined with its internal growth, extends Dynamic’s presence.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 16th infusion services transaction of the year. Deal activity in the specialty has already doubled 2023’s total, when eight infusion services transactions were announced.

This also marks Dynamic Infusion’s third acquisition announcement of 2024, and its sixth since January 2022. The company has acquired Lifeline PICC, AccessRN, Vascular Access Consultants, Infusicare, Columbus Specialty Nursing and ProNurse Homecare & Infusion.
