Strive Compounding Pharmacy has announced the successful completion of an acquisition of The Compounding Center (TCC), strengthening its national pharmacy network.
TCC is a specialty pharmacy in Leesburg, Virginia that prepares custom compounded medications and offers medical equipment and home health supplies.
Headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona, Strive Compounding Pharmacy is a specialty pharmacy with locations across the United States.
This strategic move further solidifies Strive Compounding Pharmacy’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality, patient-specific medications nationwide. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 24th specialty pharmacy transaction of 2024. There were 15 specialty pharmacy deals announced during 2023, and 27 announced during 2022.
