Cypress Creek Dental, a cosmetic and family dentistry practice, operates out of one location in Florence, Alabama. According to its website, the dental practice has two physicians on staff: Drs. Tia Kennedy and Whitney Flippo.
Adult & Pediatric Dental Studio is based in Manalapan Township, New Jersey. According to its website, there are six providers on staff.
Based in Copperas Cove, Texas, Cove Family Dental is a sleep and implant dentistry practice. According to its website, the practice is run by one physician, Dr. Brandon Grantham, who is supported by a team of eight employees.
Alice Yang Family Dentistry, based in Wallingford, Connecticut, is run by Dr. Alice Yang and Dr. David Wu.
MB2 Dental Solutions partners with dentists and specialists. Founded in 2007, MB2 offers general dentistry services, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 408th Physician Medical Group deal, and the 208th in the dental specialty. This is MB2 Dental’s 40th transaction of 2024. The financial terms were not disclosed.
