Imagen Dental Partners, a dental partnership organization founded in 2020, announced its 100th partnership with the acquisition of Cohen Dental. The financial terms were not disclosed.
Cohen Dental operates out of one location in Savannah, Georgia. According to its website, the practice is run by two physicians: Drs. Scott Cohen and Sonam Patel. Cohen Dental is known for its work in cosmetic dentistry, clear aligner therapy, reconstructive dentistry, laser technology and dental sleep medicine.
Imagen Dental Partners works with dental practices, invests in them and supports their growth. Imagen Dental Partners supports practices in California, Arizona, Texas, Minnesota, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Oregon and Wisconsin.
The staff at Cohen Dental will receive the full support of Imagen’s marketing, recruitment, revenue cycle management and administrative services. This support will allow Cohen Dental to expand its reach in the Savannah area.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 400th Physician Medical Group deal of 2024, and the 206th in the dental specialty. This is also Imagen Dental Partners’ 16th acquisition of 2024. In 2023, the company announced four transactions.
