On September 18, Guided Practice Solutions (GPS Dental) announced that it acquired its 100th practice location with the purchase of Taylor Street Dental. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 364th Physician Medical Group transaction of the year, and the 192nd in the dental specialty.
Taylor Street Dental is located in one office in Springfield, Massachusetts. According to its website, there are four physicians on staff.
GPS Dental is a dental service organization founded in 2015 by Dr. Hunter Smith and Dr. William Little. It received a strategic investment by Main Post Partners in 2021.

This is GPS Dental’s fifth transaction of 2024. The financial terms were not disclosed.
