Alex Bell Dental operates one location in Centerville, Ohio. According to its website, the practice has three physicians on staff. The practice focuses on general dentistry, esthetic treatments and oral surgery services.
Based in Red Bank, New Jersey, Chapel Hill Dental Arts has three providers on staff, who are supported by a team of 10 employees. In addition to general dentistry services, the practice provides endodontic and periodontal services.
Koczarski Family & Aesthetic Dentistry operates out of one location in Washington: Woodinville. According to its website, the practice is run by two providers: Drs. Michael Koczarski and Candace Kountz. It offers a wide variety of dental services.
Located in Dallas, Texas, Dallas Laser Dentistry is run by a team of two physicians: Dr. Mary Swift and Dr. Morgan Petty. The physicians, who offer family, general and implant dentistry, are supported by a team of 11 employees.

GPS Dental is a dental service organization founded in 2015 by Dr. Hunter Smith and Dr. William Little. It received a strategic investment by Main Post Partners in 2021. GPS Dental’s mission is rooted in expanding the reach and services of GPS Dental to facilitate seamless ownership transitions for dental practices nationwide.
This is GPS Dental’s fourth transaction of the year. Previously in 2024, the company acquired 21 other practices, adding more than 70 physicians to its network. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 354th Physician Medical Group transaction of the year, and the 187th in the dental specialty. This represents an approximate 46% increase from January 1, 2023, and September 10, 2023, where 128 dental transactions were announced.
