Elite Endo is based in Universal City, Texas. According to its website, it is run by a team of two physicians (Dr. K Robert Thurman and Dr. Dr. Sara Fayazi) who are supported by a team of three employees.
SDP (formerly known as US Endo Partners) is a specialty dental service organization that provides comprehensive support services to endodontic specialists across the United States. The company is based in Franklin, Texas.
This transaction marks SDP’s first transaction in September and third acquisition of the second half of the year. The financial terms were not disclosed.
