beBright, backed by New York-based private equity firm InTandem Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of Kelson Orthodontics for an undisclosed amount.
Founded by Dr. Chris Kelson, Kelson Orthodontics is based in Meridian, Ohio, which is a suburb of Boise. As the only provider on staff, Dr. Kelson is supported by a team of three employees.
beBright is a doctor-owned and -led pediatric dentistry and orthodontic services organization based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The company was created by InTandem Capital Partners in June 2023.
This transaction represents beBright’s second acquisition of 2024. In July 2024, the company purchased Expedition Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, a four-provider pediatric dental practice with three locations in Missouri for an undisclosed price.
