Chicago-based Walz Kraft, formerly known as Walz Capital, has announced its acquisition of a medical outpatient portfolio in the Atlanta MSA for an undisclosed price.

The acquired assets include two medical outpatient buildings, totaling 9,800 square feet. The properties are fully occupied by The Women’s Center, PC, who has been serving the Atlanta area since 2003. The properties are located in Stockbridge and Conyers, Georgia. Both locations offer a full range of women’s health services including ultrasound, urology, hormone replacement therapy, comprehensive exams, osteoporosis screening, gynecology, infertility and more.

Walz Kraft is a Chicago-based real estate investment firm that acquires, owns and manages primarily medical outpatient buildings throughout target markets of the United States. Walz Kraft has acquired more than 150,000 square feet of net leased property over the last two years throughout Georgia, Texas, Indiana, South Carolina, Iowa, New Jersey, Ohio and Tennessee.

According to the original press release from August 23, 2024, these properties mark Walz Kraft’s seventh and eighth property acquisitions in the Atlanta MSA. Andrew Murphy of Highgate Partners represented the undisclosed seller. No broker represented Walz Kraft in this transaction.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 122nd MOB transaction of the year, and the eighth announced in Georgia. There were 197 MOB deals announced during 2023, and 216 announced during 2022.
