U.K.-based home care provider, Esteem Care Holdings, has been sold to Grosvenor Health and Social Care.
Esteem Care Holdings provides more than 7,150 care hours weekly to 620 clients through a team of 250 care staff. With branches in Manchester, Leeds, Carlisle, Kendal, Dumfries and Stranraer, Esteem Care’s team focuses on personalized care, with the goal of eliminating loneliness, promoting good nutrition and enhancing safety at home.
Grosvenor Health and Social Care is a U.K.-based provider of health and social care services intended for young adults and the elderly. The company offers personal health support, domiciliary care, homecare, as well as quick discharge services across the United Kingdom.
The acquisition will enhance the quality and reach of home care services across the United Kingdom. Although the purchase price was not disclosed, the deal was described as a “multi-million-pound transaction” in the original press release from August 6, 2024. The transaction was finalized on August 1, 2024.
