Smile Doctors, LLC, a portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners and Thomas H. Lee Partners, announced on July 24 that it entered into an agreement to acquire four dental practices.
Otto Orthodontics offers orthodontic care from five locations in Missouri; Wentzville, St. Peters, Fenton, St. Louis and Creve Coeur. According to its website, the practice has five providers on staff.
Smile Construction Orthodontics is an orthodontic practice with locations in White House, Gallatin and Hendersonville, Tennessee. According to its website, the practice has one provider on staff: Dr. Clay Fulks.
Dixon Orthodontics provides quality orthodontic care, braces and Invisalign® aligners to patients in Connecticut and Massachusetts. According to its website, the practice is run by two providers.
Greater Madison Orthodontics is an orthodontic practice with locations in DeForest and Stoughton, Wisconsin. According to its website, the practice has one physician on staff: Dr. Siddhi Doshi.
Smile Doctors is an orthodontic dental support organization (DSO) with more than 450 locations in 31 states. The DSO is based in Georgetown, Texas and was founded in 2015.
This transaction marks Smile Doctors’ expansion into two new states: Connecticut and Massachusetts. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, there have been 287 Physician Medical Group acquisitions reported so far in 2024, and 146 in the dental specialty.
