On June 18, H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery (H/K/B) announced that it was expanding its Nashville presence with the acquisition of Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville.

Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville provides a wide range of plastic surgery procedures. According to its website, the practice is run by two providers: Dr. Mary Gingrass and Dr. Melinda Haws. They are supported by a team of three employees.

H/K/B, one of the largest privately held cosmetic surgery brands in the United States, is composed of ten aesthetic treatment centers. It is owned by a leading aesthetics management service operator, Kortesis Bharti Management Group, LLC (KBMG).

According to the original press release, Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville is the 10th aesthetics treatment center to be managed under the KBMG umbrella as part of the H/K/B family. The financial terms were not disclosed.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville to the H/K/B family,” expressed Dr. Gaurav Bharti, Co-Founder of H/K/B and KBMG. “This acquisition allows us to further our mission of providing the highest standard of care and expanding our reach to serve more patients.”
