NeuroFlow announced on June 11 that it has acquired Owl, a measurement-based care technology company.
Owl is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that helps organizations deliver quality care and improve patient outcomes. Its measurement-based care platform empowers healthcare providers with accurate data and insightful analytics to enhance treatment strategies.
NeuroFlow is a mental wellness platform that allows clinical professionals to monitor patients’ behavioral health and deliver personalized treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
The merger significantly enhances the breadth of solutions and services NeuroFlow and Owl will provide its existing partners while retaining focus on customer collaboration and innovation. The combined entity will be responsible for more than 17 million lives on the platform and support payers and providers in all 50 states. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 106th eHealth transaction of 2024 and the 16th in the analytics specialty. This compares to last year, when there were 131 eHealth and 21 analytics deals announced between January 1, 2023, and June 11, 2023.
