Guided Practice Solutions Dental announced that it acquired six dental practices: Gentle Care Dentistry in Las Cruces, New Mexico; Neely Dental in Vandalia, Ohio; New Teeth Dental, which is based in Houston and League City, Texas; Omni Dental in McMurry and Shadyside, Pennsylvania; Akron Smile Complete Health Dentistry, with one location in Akron, Ohio; and Shirer Family Dentistry operates out of one location in Aiken, South Carolina.
Guided Practice Solutions is a dental service organization founded in 2015 by Dr. Hunter Smith and Dr. William Little. It received a strategic investment by Main Post Partners in 2021.
Together, these practices expand Guided Practice Solutions Dental’s network by 20 physicians. The financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 225th Physician Medical Group transaction of 2024, 113 of them in the dental specialty.
