Family Resource Home Care, a portfolio company of Great Point Partners, recently announced its acquisition of Specialty Service Solutions. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 27th Home Health & Hospice deal of 2024.
Based in Moses Lake, Washington, Specialty Service Solutions is a private in-home care agency licensed by the Washington State Department of Health.
Family Resource Home Care is one of the largest independent home care services providers in the Pacific Northwest. The company provides home care services across 35 locations spanning Washington, Idaho and Oregon. It offers nurse delegation, personal care, home health, meal prep and companionship to allow a client to live at home.
“Specialty Service Solutions is a fantastic addition to our growing Moses Lake operation. We’ve been aware of their strong presence and reputation in the market for quite some time and the ability to integrate them into our company is an honor,” Family Resource CEO Hector Barragan said. “Their team brings additional market intelligence and expertise that will be valuable as we continue to expand our services in central Washington.”
Specialty Service Solutions will integrate into Family Resource’s existing footprint in the Moses Lake, Washington area. Emilie Milburn, the founder and owner of Specialty Service Solutions, will stay on as the branch manager for Family Resource in Moses Lake. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
