On October 20, Retina Consultants of America (RCA) announced its acquisition of Colorado Retina Associates (CRA), a physician-owned and -led sub-specialty eye care practice providing medical and surgical care of vitreoretinal eye conditions. The addition of Colorado Retina Associates will add a key partner in the Rocky Mountain Region and expand RCA’s footprint into an entirely new territory.
CRA was founded in 2006 through the merger of three prominent retina practices in the Denver MSA. Today, CRA has grown to include 13 board-certified and fellowship-trained ophthalmologists across eight locations who care for more than 71,000 patients annually.
