United Dental Corporation (UDC), a Miami, Florida-based dental services organization, announced that it has acquired Gorham and Ammarell Dentistry, marking its first acquisition in Tennessee.
Gorham and Ammarell Dentistry is a general dentistry practice that has been operating in Nashville, Tennessee since 1969. According to its website, the practice has two providers on staff.
UDC partners with dentists seeking to maximize the value of their practices while retaining operational autonomy. UDC exclusively partners with growth-oriented, entrepreneurial dentists producing $2 million to $5 million in annual collections typically from a single location.
Triumphant Transition Partners represented Gorham & Ammarell in their practice affiliation with UDC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 110th Physician Medical Group transaction of 2024, 49 of them in the dental specialty. This also represents UDC’s first transaction of 2024. Last year, the company made acquisitions in Georgia, California, Illinois and New York.
