Madisonhealth, based in Rexburg, Idaho, announced that it acquired Upper Valley Orthopedics for an undisclosed amount.
Upper Valley Orthopedics provides state-of-the-art orthopedic care. According to its website, the practice has three providers on staff.
Madisonhealth is a network of interconnected clinics, healthcare professionals and support personnel throughout eastern Idaho. Anchored by Rexburg’s Madison Memorial Hospital, Madisonhealth is 720 employees strong, with a dedicated team of 270 local providers, and an additional 50 contracted therapists and nurse anesthetists.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 107th Physician Medical Group (PMG) transaction of 2024, and the sixth in the orthopedic specialty. This transaction strengthens Madisonhealth’s presence in Idaho.
