National Cancer Care Alliance (NCCA) announced that it was merging with Quality Cancer Care Alliance (QCCA) to create ONCare Alliance, LLC. The financial terms of this merger were not disclosed.
QCCA is a network of 20 oncology practices across the United States. According to its practices’ websites, there are a combined more than 300 physicians on staff. In addition to providing oncology care, QCCA is also known for its clinical trials services.
NCCA is a network of independent oncology practices across the United States, organized by practicing physicians, providing collaborative, cutting edge oncology care.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 89th Physician Medical Group transaction of the year, and the fourth in the oncology specialty. Throughout 2023, 17 oncology transactions were reported.
