Dental365 announced it was expanding its presence in Pennsylvania with the purchase of Dynamic Growth.
Dynamic Growth is a dental services organization that operates out of six offices in central Pennsylvania. It offers pediatric, family and cosmetic dentistry from six different brands. The brands and office locations are Grove Dental Group, State Hill in Wyomissing; Grove Kids Pediatric Dentistry in Wyomissing; Theodore E. Dando, DMD Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Hamburg; LANCO Dental Care in Lancaster; Advanced Dentistry of Centre County in State College; and Complete Family Dentistry in Wellsboro.
Dental365 is a full-service family dental practice and support organization with locations throughout the New York MSA and Connecticut. Dental365 was acquired by private equity firm The Jordan Company in July 2021.

Joining the Dental365 team gives us the support to continue on this path and take our offices to a higher level.”
This transaction marks Dental365’s first acquisition of 2024. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 50th Physician Medical Group (PMG) transaction of the year, and the 21st in the dental specialty. Out of the 50 PMG deals that have been announced in 2024, 32 (64%) of them have been completed by a private equity backer.
