H2 Health announced its entrance into the state of North Carolina with the acquisition of Greg Ott Center for Physical Therapy. The financial terms were not disclosed.
Greg Ott Center for Physical Therapy provides physical therapy services out of four North Carolina locations.
H2 Health, a portfolio company of private equity firm Grant Avenue Capital, LLC, provides physical therapy and rehabilitation services in eight states. H2 owns, operates and manages more than 100 clinics across the country.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 49th Rehabilitation transaction of the year.
